Please call to schedule an appointment and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. We hope you find this helpful as you schedule your healthcare appointments. These hours are subject to change. Earlier and later appointments are availabe by appointment; call to discuss your needs.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone and we will schedule an appointment for you and/or your family. We will do our best to welcome new patients with same day appointments as needed.
Financial
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or credit card (MC/VISA/DISCOVER/AMEX). We will be happy to submit insurance forms for you.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
